Are you an Early Riser or a Night Owl?

Early Riser - You try and get to bed sometime around 10-11 at night and enjoy starting your day bright and early by getting up at around 4-5 in the morning, maybe even to do a powerwalk around the block once or twice.

Night Owl - You prefer to stay up late into the night doing random things and just go to bed when you feel like it, having no problem sleeping until the asscrack of noon unless you have class/work early, in which case you're screwed.

Edit: A clarification.. obviously early risers have no problem getting up for work/class early and night owls might, so if you are a night owl but still NEED to get up early, you're still a night owl anyway.

I have work at 9 and usually never get to bed before 2 am, so I am a night owl.

Both, unfortunately that adds up to a lack of sleep. So I guess by your clarification I'm a night owl, but I tend to be perky in the morning after some coffee.

Kind of inbetween. On workdays, I am usually in bed by 12:30am and up by 6:30am. On weekends it's more like 2:00am in bed, up at 9:00am.

Night owl...if I get the same amount of sleep, but go to bed later and get up later, I'm more refreshed.
