Are you afraid of using the telephone?

I love my cell phone, but hate my regular phone. On my home phone 50% of the calls are telemarketers, and the other 50% are people calling me for favors or dumping some kind of work load on me. Only my friends and family have my cell number so pretty much every call i get is worthwhile so I don't mind my cell at all. I don't have any problems ordering pizza or talking to strangers on the phone, but i hate calling tech support because in general you have to be angry for them to take you serious and it's hard for me to yell and get pissed into a phone.
