Actually, he's easy to beat. As long as you can get your butt over to the right where you can get behind the glass. Lure him over to one end of the window, run over to the other end and peak out to take some pot shots.

I saved it right after i walked in...and had a helluva time trying to get to the packs without taking damage. Then i figured out to just chill in the rooms.

I just got him. I had saved with 8 energy, so getting to the packs was a problem. And i figured out that I shouldn't use the Venom gun, it's too slow to shoot. I used the Paratrooper rifle and took him down.

But when facing him, NEVER USE THE STAIRS.
