Are you afraid of needles?

that reminds me of those cartoons where the character gets a bunch of holes in them, then drinks a glass of water and it all comes sprinkling out.

I'm not afraid of getting needle injections like flu shots or vaccines. But I am afraid of getting my blood drawn. Anyone the same? I guess the needle stays in there longer that's why.
