Now, there are some "mountain men" types out there that say b/c I get a manicure once in awhile that it's "feminine." I see nothing feminine about wanting my hands to look nice. I do a lot of meetings and "think group" type stuff. I shake a lot of hands and smile a lot. Personal appearance is very important. You only get one chance to make a first impression.
