Are you a human weather vane?

I only bring this up because the weather is changing again, and as is typical my left shoulder, right leg, and both knees have decided that they would like to announce to me that the weather will be changing over the next several days by giving me very sharp, annoying pains. Doctor says to expect that. Apparently certain wounds and injuries will ache and throb under the right conditions, like weather changes. SO if you've ever broken a bone for instance. Things like that will happen. Of course for me, I've been collecting these over the years, so I hope I don't get any more. Hmm, the left shoulder and the right knee are from getting shot while in the army. Don't ask. All I'll say is I got them after trying to save some stupid 2nd lieutenant who decided it would be a good time to get himself eliminated from the gene pool. My problem was it was my job to protect him. Well, anyways, enough of that. The knees come from a few years ago when I was out on campus during a rainstorm. I started walking down a wet hill and accidentilly stepped where I shouldn't have stepped. Needless to say I woke up at the bottom of the hill with both of my legs turned 180 degrees the wrong way at the knee. (*ouchy*) So, yeah. I've got 4 very good weather vanes in my body. 😀

Anyone else have anything like this? Any joints or body parts that painfully act up when the weather changes?

my knees are like portholes into the future...right now my left knee is swelling up...which means that lordjezo will soon be dancing around on his webcam, holding his package, while listening to really gay music....also my big toe aches a little bit, which means that VBboy will be posting a completely worthless poll in the very near future....test me on this folks...I am never wrong

ROTFLMAO! 😛

Severely separated my right shoulder playing football while in college. Kills every fall when it starts getting cooler. No other seasons seem to bother it though.

It has to do with the barometric pressure exerting force(or lack thereof) on your body.

Oh no you don't!! Dude, it ain't like no movie thing where the guy goes out or doesn't even feel anything and keeps going. Man, it BURNS like he!!!! On top of that the pain is just excrutiating (sp?) to the point of rediculous. When the adrenalin is pumping, you don't feel much. Afterwords, you feel it all. Think of your worst, most painful experience. Now multiply that by a factor of at least 10. That's what it feels like to be shot. It hurts, and it hurts a whole freaking lot! :Q

Ouch, My boss talks about it like that!!!!

My forehead has always done this as long as I can remember. More so than my joint-fractured finger. Does this mean my skull is broken?
