Are we required to ID ourselves to police officers that do not have probable cause?

Nope, they can't. Why do you think we have such a problem with illegal aliens? All those people standing outside of Home Depot all the time? Not trying to be racist, or open a rabbithole of a debate on that whole issue... but if you're walking down the street a cop can't just stop you and ask for your ID.

I think they can probably get around that by saying that you were asking supisious.... especially now with the fear of terrorists.
