Well if Dees can create a Marxist left-wing group called the "Southern Poverty Law Center" and publish a supposed 'hate group' list called "Klan Watch", which serves more as a list of Dee's political opponents and groups he doesn't like than a 'hate group' monitoring list except in the sense that they are groups hated by Dees and his far-left ideology, listing many organizations that are not racist or violent in any way along with known violent or racist groups in an attempt to discredit by some fast and loose association causes he doesn't personally or politically like, then I suppose a Pro-Israeli organization can monitor Muslim extremism among American academics.
