Yep. One thing for sure, if I were a Jew in Russia or in the Ukraine I'd be getting the hell out while I could still leave as something more substantial than ash. If this is real, and if it is proved to be linked to the gov't Israel will not sit by and let it happen (again). If Israel was to go to war over this, it would drag the US in, and likely Iran would take the chance as well to fight Israel... the spiral of countries drug into a conflict would lead to WWIII

If you go to Putin and ask him whether there's hate groups targetting foreigners and gay people in Russia I'm sure he'd be more than willing to deny that too, and explain that it's whoever he wants to take down at that time that's responsible for spreading those 'lies'.

This may or may not be distributed by Russians or Pro-Russian people, but both sides in this conflict have a lot of anti-Semitic folks, so it wouldn't surprise me if it was either of them. Neither of those governments want to piss off Israel or other countries though, so they'll deny anything anyway, and probably will be smart enough to not give out such orders that could be traced back to them.
