I'm doing a private exchange with someone... they bought an HP 1320 laser printer real cheap off amazon.com (it was a price mistake) and they're sending it to me. If i have a problem with the printer, will i have any problems with HP if i need them to fix it or something?
 
probably. Companies dont like to cough up cash for anything they dont have to so they might try and fight you on it. However, with HP laser printers I doubt you'll have any problems besides running out of toner 😉. HPs are rather solid. Hell, my Samsung laser printer is pretty good. You can always try, but there is no answer to your question really. Its all about the supervisor's mood when you call in for CS.
