those are the good ones, most everyone uses
them for BGA memory. They are tin coated to
prevent oxidization on the copper. 8 of them
usually retail about $25. I have purchased
them here if you don't win the auction.

How about the non-BGA sinks. I've got a Ti4200 and it's got the regular RAM on it.
