Are tracking cookies dangerous?

Whenever I run Spybot I get results with tracking cookies in Firefox. I need to clear my coolies to get rid of them in the repeat scan. Are they dangerous?

This is the kind of list. Only the first is a program that I know nothing about

They're generally harmless, you get them when you visit websites. It's perfectly fine to delete them.
