Are too many 5.25" drives bad?

I just ordered a new system to put in my Antec SX1040B case. It has 4 5.25" bays and I plan to fill them all (CD, DVD, CDRW, HDD on bay cooled mount). Is this bad for the drives, 4 being directly next to each other because of all the heat?

I think you'll be fine as long as the hard drive in the 5¼" drive bay has a baycooler or something simular installed. Don't think the CD/DVD/CDRW are affected by heat as much as HDDs.
