If you are referring to a torrent client, I suggest uTorrent. It's small in size, and is a standalone EXE. Google for more info.

Ports at my office are shut off. I can't open them up and set up a bit torrent here just so I can show my friend that episode.

You can set the outgoing ports in uTorrent. You may be able to forward the traffic to a port that is already open. Anyways, if you're worried about the torrent just search YouTube or Google Video for it, it should be up there.
