are those RX sites for real?

i have started taking some meds and decided to do a little research into what i was taking...when i typed it in i came across a site claiming to sell drugs w/out at script...how is this legal?

They have a doctor on staff who will write you a prescription. They will then proceed to sell you the drugs at about a 500% markup over regular prices.

the prices are actually very low....i thought you could not ship stuff like that to the us, legally.....hmmmm...amazing place (the net)
