Are those "free" electronics for real?

It's a scam sinunbeso, someone here has the so called "info" on how to get free electronics, basically for the free stuff you impersonate a "reviewer." :|
 
what that "info" basically is is tips and tricks on how to bug the companies for products and also a listing of contact information
