Are those displays worth an effort?

Hello, as you probably know I'm building my PC. Everything that I needed, I have already chosen but last thing I can't decide on is display. I got some ideas and wanna you guys to rate this:

AOC G2460FQ 144Hz Gaming!

iiyama G-MASTER Black Hawk GE2488HS - B2

iiyama X2483HSU

One of those, AOC is 144 Hz just wanna know what u think of that one guys? Is it worth of buying with GTX 1070 (im playing cs occasionaly with high ranks). If not (too cheap for 144HZ) which of those two under between 150-170 dollars would you recommend, maybe any other with low latency? Will be thankful for your help!

144Hz is a big jump from the standard 60Hz refresh rate, and if you play games where you can customize the settings so they perform at the 100+fps mark then the 144Hz monitor would net you a lot of extra responsiveness. It is of course entirely up to you, but that is what I believe would be the biggest difference between these 3 monitors. And the 1070 is able to squeeze out 100+ FPS on most of the newest titles in 1080p on high settings.
