Are those components compatible with each other?

I'm building a new computer for a friend of mine, and I stopped following the new develpments since I bought my own computer 2 years ago, so I'm not 100% sure about myself right now.

MSI 845E MAX-L S478 533FSB 3DDR AGP 6PCI USB2.0 W/ SOUND & LAN
INTEL PENTIUM 4 2.0 A GHZ P4 512K 400FSB S478 NORTHWOOD RETAIL BOX
MICRON PC2100 256MB DDR 266MHZ CAS2.5 OEM

In the motherboard's manual, it says that the AGP slot is 1.5volts only... I'm not sure if it's the standard voltage, or I have to be careful which videocard I place in... right now I have this one:

MSI MS-8853 GeForce3 TI500 64MB DDR AGP W/TV OUT OEM

The rest of the machine is standard, nothing special there...

Thanks
