Are those 2 port USB PCI cards any good?

I want to add some more ports to my system without adding the extra clutter of a powered hub. I'm looking at those 2 or 4 port USB PCI cards. Does anyone have one? How is it? Also, if I install one, will there be any conflicts with my onboard USB? I also want to get an Antec Easy USB that plugs into the onboard USB connectors.
 
Great! I was worried that they wouldn't be as good as normal USB ports for some strange reason. Thanks. 🙂
