every time i close my pc
message box is appear & in it this name " regenv32.exe "
& tell me this will close this file "regenv32.exe "

my operating system is WinME

from what microsoft help page said, looks like it's best to just leave the file alone (since it's executed when you shut down). i'm not sure about the errors that's causing it, but i'm guessing the file you currently have is corrupt, or it has something to do with autoexec.bat...

i dunno, since i'm not using winME (comp is too slow + i hate that thing). but have you tried copying regenv32.exe from somebody else and replace it with the one you currently have? it may work ... who knows?
