Don't try it. You know why people get spam and annoying pop ups about this all the time? It's because people try it.

It works, as long as you get 5 referrals.

Just please don't dare to post those links on these forums or your ass won't be back here again :)

No, you need to do it, and then you need to get 5 of your friends to do the same.

Haha. If they are idiots who like to sign up for things they have to pay for.

Serious post: I got mine, it is legit. You have to sign up and 'complete an offer' and then your 5 friends have to sign up and 'complete an offer' too.

I did it a while back and was pretty impressed that I actually got mine. My understanding is that they have tightened things up a bit to keep from getting scammed, but the site really is legit.

PS: Total out of pocket cost for my "free" ipod was about $35, including myself and my 5 referrals. (thanks mom, dad, sister, dog, and long lost cousin)

Took about 5 weeks to get it.

Thats the 5 referal things make me think this is a pyramid scam.Calculate it like this, but if 5 of your friend also spend 35$ minimum on the offers etc and you also spend $35, well your ipod cost ya $200..and 5 of your friend paid for it!

The rules may have changed a bit - 'back in the day' at least 2-3 of their "offers" were free or very nearly so. Or at least useful - one of the offers I completed was at some online pet store, where you had to spend $25 in pet stuff. Since I have a dog, this was no different than what I'd do any other month, so I just bought stuff from them.

That stuff is legit for the most part, I"ve gotten a $300 check from one of them, currently working on another one for $250 as well.

Of course it is. However, it is an internet pyramid scam. It is not difficult to make this work in your favor. (at least, it wasn't before - it might be significantly more difficult now)

Not only that...they would only need 50 ipods to cover the possibility that everyone in the United States fell for it.

you could just do this...find 5 friends and give them 10 bucks each - for helping you out with this IPOD thing. to complete the offer you only need to signup for something that is $6 or $7. so they can keep the $3 for helping ya out.

so for less than $60 you can get yourself an IPOD
