Has the post office decided not to 'stamp' stamps anymore on incoming mail? Every letter I get now doesn't have one of those 'stamps' on it, how come?

Yea, postmarks, ever peice of mail I've been getting in doesn't have a post mark on it, how is that even possible unless they're not postmarking stamps?

Somebody is stealing all your mail before it gets to the post office and hand-delivering it. It's sort of an anti-crime, like breaking and decorating.
