Are these voltages okay?

You dont really want to go higher than that voltage, but the board and RAM should handle that if they are cooled. If you added another 4GB you would probably have to increase voltage to maintain timings an speed.
 
If you're buying the Patriot 4GB kit because it's cheap, I'd suggest spending a bit more and buying the G.Skill PI Black.
It's rated for the JEDEC DDR2 standard voltage of 1.8-1.9v.
It's also got a CAS of 4 on top of that.
Those ratings together in the same kit mean that the memory is very high quality.

I spent $309 for 2 x 128MB PC-133, so don't say G.Skill memory is too expensive. 😛

Well here's the thing, I ALREADY have 4GB of the ram, so it wouldn't be worth my time to spend $100 to get 8GB rather then $25, correct? I'm not going to be pushing my overclock any further.

I'm currently running them at 2V now.

What's the end game for this system... Folding, Video Editing, Gaming?

Gaming for the most part. I want to max it out as much as possible to future-resist it. I'm expecting 2-3 years out of it on the gaming side; especially because gaming is becoming multithreaded with the onset on i5/i7 processors. I'll keep upgrading the video and HDD's until returns are severely diminishing. It currently is also my home entertainment PC as i live inside of a single room and have a 22" monitor.

After gaming i hope it'll be powerful enough as a workstation/office computer. 8GB of ram would be worth it, right?
