are these the best settings for a 1333 thunderbird?

I'm prety new at bios and jumper settings, I just upgraded from a 1 gig to a 1.33 gig, 266 fsb, but my computer still only recognised 1 gig, so I manualy set my bios settings, can someone tell me if these are the best settings for my system?

CPU clock multiplier 10.0 x
CPU Frequency 133 mhz
DRam Frequency 133 mhz

those are the best "non overclocked" settings for that cpu and board
