havent installed OS yet, and my bios are reading System Temp: 32 C and CPU Temp 35 C.
and also my System Fan Speed is 815 RPM, CPU Fans Speed 3013 RPM, Northbridge Fan Speed 6987.

is all this sounding stable or should i be worried about anything overheating? this is my first build so im kinda clueless.

my build...
AMD 64 3000+
Lite-On DVDRW/CDROM
Seagate SATA 120GB HD
eVGA 6600GT pci-e 128mb
Sony Floppy drive
Corsair Value 2x512 Ram
350W Antec psu w/ case
Acer 19" LCD moniter

That is perfectly fine. No worries. System fan seems low RPM though. Check your temps after your comp has been running for aawhile but it seems fine now.

A little searching on these forums would've told you your temp is OK.
I would recommend at least checking the load temps before posting next time ;) Idle temps are not really a good indicator of your cooling performance.

Yep, what you want to do is push your machine at some serious load for like 30 minutes and take a look at the temps then.
