I got one of those drivebay temp reading thigs that has two temp probes. For fun I check my video card (X800 Pro) memory temp along with my Corsair 3200XLTP

X800 Pro ram temp under CSS load : 109F !
Corsair 3200XLPT @ 1.7V under CSS load : 113F !

Are these temps safe?

I'm watercooling both my cpu and gou so I only have one fan installed for my harddrives.....
