Are these temperatures safe?

After gaming for about 1 hr I have get the following temperatures:
CPU - 55C (e8400 cooled by arctic freezer 7 pro)
Chipset - 63C (passively cooled chipset on a dfi p35 mobo)
Video card - 71C (stock cooled 250GTS)
System - 55C (antec plus/solo with rear fan set to min. speed)

Thing is noise is really important to me and I'm thinking of getting this Twin Turbo cooler for the video card: http://pccyber.com/?v=product&i=CF-ARC-ACCELERO-TWINT

Now, these 2 fans will blow the air into the case (as opposed to the noisier stock fan).
Would this mean that the sytem temp and thus the chipset will increase to something unsafe?

Install 2 front fans if you haven't already, and put all case fans (including rear) on a controller. Increase fan speed when putting your machine under load.

FYI - When on a fan controller, set Antec 3-speed fans to high.

p.s. your temps are marginally ok.

+1

You are reaching the area where I would be looking for a better solution, or better fans depending on the amount of flow.

The thing is I want my machine to be as quiet as possible but still in the "safe" limits.
Would installing the Twin Turbo vga fan make it necessary to have better case airflow?

I seen gaming slow down to a crawl when the system chipset reach to hot a temp. The system continued to work...but man did everything slow down. Blow some serious cool air onto the chipset.

This cooler will neither add nor remove any air in your case but will cool the vid card. Your mobo temps will increase slightly. If your current stock cooler has an exhaust mobo temps will go higher. I would use that cooler and add an intake fan to your case. Case airflow is most important.

You mean will NOT add or remove?

Yes, correct. I'll fix my post

Temps look fine to me. Don't know about chipset but CPU and GPU are not near their peak operating temperatures. I would still add a couple of low speed fans in front, but otherwise your setup should be fine at those temperatures.

How do the front fans work? On the Antec site it says they're for the HDDs. Do they get fresh air from the front side openings of my case and blow it into case? Or take warm air and spill it out?

Install them as intake, and they pull fresh air from the side slits in the door.
