Are these temperatures safe for fx 6300?

I am using stock cooler with AMD fx 6300.
These are the temperatures on it.
Doing nothing - 57 degree celsius
Watching a video/Opening 2 to tabs on chrome - 58 degree celsius.
Opening upto 14 tabs on chrome and other small apps running - 61 degree celsius.
Playing watch dogs after one hour - 82 degree celsius.
The fan is too loud and it gets very hot quickly.I can feel the heat from outside the case.
are these temperatures safe?
What is the problem?On other threads I've read that their fx 6300 won't reach 65 degree celsius while gaming.
Is there any problem with my cpu?
Please help me guys.

It idles at 57 °C? That seems rather high. My FX8350 on stock cooler idles at 32 °C. Did you put the heatsink on correctly?

I checked the heatsink.The thermal paste is totally on cpu now and is sticky.I just put it back on.
So..What's the problem now

Something is using your CPU to make it hot (assuming your heatsink is correctly installed).

Can you run task manager and go to the performance tab and see what your CPU usage is? You can see a list of programs that are using the CPU, and what percentage of CPU usage, to get a rough idea of what is using the CPU to make all that heat.

Another suggestion would be to turn on power saving things, like Cool'n'quiet, that will let the CPU rest when it's not being used, and be much cooler during those times, such as browsing the internet.

I just did a build with an FX 6300 in March of this year and it seemed to be running hot. I don't have the exacts but I went out and got a water cooler for it and now it's nice and cool now, even under a stress test it stays at or below 40 C. I went to MicroCenter and talked to the rep that helped me pick my parts and he told me that it the FX 6300 does run hot and that the stock heatsink isn't the best. I bought a Seidon 120m for $70 which was overkill but was really easy to put on.

Water cooling is a great solution, my friend's FX 6300 heats up a bit too often also. Told him to get water cooling and it's much better now.

Another thought: the FX6300 is rated at 95W so the stock heatsink/fan isn't as good. But still, it's probably within design specs at those temperatures.

I think you're reading the wrong sensor TMPIN1, which is VRMs.

My 8320, which is in a small case, idles at 32 and maxes at 47. (TMPIN0)

While TMPIN1 will go from 40-85c real fast unless a fan is pointed at the NB area. Then with the fan it will max at 70c or so.

Reiterating

TMPIN0 = CPU
TMPIN1 = VRMs
TMPIN2 = Northbridge.
