Are these system specs compatible with each other?

I'm assembling a computer, and I have everything down pat, except for the motherboard, which still eludes me. (any help would be good for this)

*AMD T-BIRD 1333 PGA BOX 266MHZ
*ASUS SOCKET A ALI M1647 5PCI/0, ISA/1AMR 2 DDR/3 SDRAM 1AGP4
*DDR 256MB 266MHZ PC2100 (x2) (so thats 512 Mb total)
*FIREBALL PLUS AS 60GB 7200RPM, UDMA100 8.5MS 2MB
*PANASONIC 1.44 LIGHT BEIGE
*Cardexpert v87 geforce2 pro/450 4.5ns
*SOUNDBLASTER LIVE 5.1 DOLBY DIGITAL
*SONY CD-RW 16X8X32X INT E-IDE, INCL. S/W CD-R/RW MEDIA BULK
*PIONEER 16X DVD-ROM, ATAPI SLOT LOAD
*ENLIGHT CASE ATX MEDIUM TOWER, WITH 300W POWER SUPPLY
*LOGITECH DELUXE ACCESS 104 KEYBOARD
*LOGITE3 BUTTON + WHEEL
*ALTEC 5PC 35CH W(4CH)+45W SUB BLK, SLIM PROFILE

Any suggestions as to what to change/modify? I'm on a bit of a budget here, so the price difference needs to be minimal.

Looks fairly good, except get EPoX 8K7A+ if you are gonna oc or MSI K7 Master if not. They both use AMD's 760 chipset and perform much better than ALi MAGiK. And if I were you, I'd get 8K7A+ then instead of 1 60GB hd, I'd get 2 30GB's and then setup a RAID 0 array It performs a lot better.

Can you plz clarify the "get EPoX 8K7A+ if you are gonna oc or MSI K7 Master if not" part? Motherboards are my bane ;-)

the epox 8k7a is a motherboard. get it :D
its one of the best ddr mobos available (and only 120 at newegg - one of the cheaper mobos)
