Are these specs on the Dell 30" LCD correct?

Dell lists the dimensions as 449.55mm x 559.7mm x 200mm (17.7? x 22? x 7.87?).

And Apple lists theirs as 21.3" x 27.2" x 8.46"

Is there really a 5" difference in width or is this a typo?

I measured mine. The Dell is about 27.25".
