Are these guys good?

Mwave, BestByte, KDcomputers, TCWO, Newegg, Vikingcomputers

Does anyone have any complaints about these places? I've looked @ resellerratings.com, and now i just want some "true" feedback...a bit nervous about ppl saying that company guys will post false ratings 🙁

I just want some additional feedback, multiple sources is always nice to have 🙂

I'm pretty sure Mwave and Newegg rock hehe, tho reseller has recently gotten many complaints about shipping problems from Mwave.

And reseller comments generally give Viking a horrible Customer service rep- failing to ship packages, and blamin it on Fed-Ex

I have bought from mwave and was very pleased with them. Many people on this board sing the praises of newegg (I will be ordering from them soon).
 
I just bought a whole system from Newegg. Good experience all around. Good prices and prompt delivery. Easy to track shipping through their page. I'd recommend them to any one.
 
hmmm...new resellers: Monarch Computer Systems and FTIcomputer

are they good? Most of Resellers' recent comments on them were mostly good, tho their rating is a 5.6

FTI also has good recent comments, although their rating is a mere 4.6...which isnt pleasing 🙁

im looking into these sites, b/c monarch has THREE YEAR warranites...for LESS than a lot of ppl's 30 day warranties...*astounded*

and FTI has 1 yr warranty for the same price

Newegg - good - Fast shipping, good service and pricing.

Monarch Computer Systems - dunno
FTIcomputer - bad - Bad service, slow shipping, bad returns, what would you buy from them? Their full systems are a bit expensive.

tho, monarch gives 1.2 w/3yr for 120...i asked for FTI just in case monarch was bad
 
You might want to avoid FTIcomputer. I emailed them on Monday asking about a product of theirs, they've yet to return the email. I emailed Mwave the same day, and got a reply the next morning.
 
yea...that's the feeling ive been getting from reseller as i read down the page some 🙁

but still...must know if monarch will serve me well...$120 shipped...3 yr warranty gawd that's attractive 🙂

I don't know about the rest but MWave is the BEST. They have excellent support and solve problems quickly without any problems. If I send them an Email, I will get a response within 1 day. They seem very willing to give out RMAs and they even sent me a prepaid UPS sticker. And, even though they say they charge a restocking fee I was told that I would not be charged one on my non-defective return. MWave is the BEST!
