Hello ! ;)
I checked in the bios and I have these results:
Page idle timer 8 cycles
Precache time 2 cycles
RAS active time 5 cycles
CAS latency 2 cycles
RAS to CAS delay 2 cycles

I don't know what they mean in reality but are they optimal ? Are they ok ?
I have a K7m athlon 600 and 192 pc133 ram.

Just change everything to the smaller number and see if your computer still stable.

If stable, keep it that way,
if not revert back.

Simple..

should I change EVERY values ?
What values do the most important performance increase ?
And what does that mean when people talk about 222 or 223 settings ?

Ok. What if the ram can't do it. Should I buy new ram that can go faster ?
What kind of improvement can I get from having good ram ???
What brand do u suggest ? Where should I buy from ? Cause every store here sais :" Well.. its 256 mb Pc 133 ram" Then don't say all the details of latency and bla bla...

Hehe :)

Crucial pc 133
Mushkin rev. 2 or 3 rev. 3 is guarenteed to do pc150 at cas2 but rev.2 is cheaper and will probably do it also.

Page idle timer 8 cycles (I can't set this to 1, blank screen)
Precache time 2 cycles
RAS active time 2 cycles
CAS latency 2 cycles
RAS to CAS delay 2 cycles
Is it now ok ?
