Are these problems caused by my motherboard?

I've had some issues, and I'm wondering if I can attribute them to the motherboard. It's an ASRock Pro4 Z87, and has done pretty well until recently. I built my computer a year ago, and has been doing pretty well. The first issue was that the audio on the motherboard decided to die. I had an old sound card, so I plugged that in and it wasn't an issue. I then began to have tracking issues on my mice (Logitech G502 and Razer Deathadder Chroma). Sometimes programs (Chrome, Task Manager, Taskbar) would decide to not work, and be entirely unresponsive, but not do the "[insertprogramhere] is not responding" thing. I've tried multiple restarts, and that hasn't helped. I then scanned (McAfee, Malwarebytes) my computer for various stuff, and CCleaned it. No change. I'm at a loss here. What should be an exemplary computer is having weird issues that I've never seen before. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What power supply do you have? Brand, model, and wattage? If it's poor-quality, it may have damaged the mobo and the onboard sound chip.

It's a Corsair CX500. I haven't tampered with any of the settings, software or otherwise.

Is device manager showing problems with any devices?

Do you ever get a blue screen?

Are you overclocking at all?

As VL alluded to, it actually does sound like what one can see when a power supply can't quite handle everything.

Do you have a dedicated video card?

There are problems with the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface(Cannot start) and the SM Bus Controller(No Driver). I've never gotten a blue screen, and I have a ASUS GTX 760.
