Are these power supplies the same?

Someone is willing to sell me a supposedly AMD approved power supply, but I'm not sure if its the right one. Its an Enlight model#EN-8304946. I didnt see it listed, but he said that Highpower makes the Power supplies for the Enlight corp, and that it was the same as the highpower HPC-300-101 that IS listed on AMD's site.

When I checked my PS, it did indeed say HPC-300-101 REV C0 on it. The REV(whatever this means) on AMD's site said A0 rather than C0 though.

Does anyone know if these are the same power supplies? I just wanna make sure I'm getting an AMD approved supply. He's offering a sweet deal(25 bucks) but I wanna be sure first.
