Are these measurements good?

Taking a look at Asus Probe 2's measurements, I got a little worried. Are these okay?

CPU Temp = 53C
MB Temp = 31C
+12V = 12.099
-12V = -11.57
+5V = 4.945
-5V = -4.984
+3.3V = 3.44
VCore = 1.728

The cpu hsf is some GlobalWin thing that came with the mobo kit. Should I replace it? I currently have an extra Chrome Orb.

assuming the temp is correct, it is well known that AMD chip temperatures are never accurate, but assuming they are, your CPU temp is a little high, you probably want to see mid 40's as a max...

My case temps before mods with just the ALPHA PAL6035 were 48 degrees (CPU) under load (about 60-90 minutes of O3A).

Okay, the 53C is when the system is chugging away. It drops down to 48-50C when not in use. I just don't like seeing that 53C. It just seems high. I took of the case's side panel off last night just to cool the system off. The temp was about the same but it took longer to get high. Should I replace the fans in my case/cpu? The case I currently have is an Enlight 7237 which came with a fan for the front of the case. The back fan is a 80mm Sunon so I think is fine. The cpu fan is some GlobalWin fan. What are your thoughts?
