Kingmax says they are 133Mhz 3,3,2 (or maybe 3,2,2 the page says both  )
Check it here

You can get the PC-150 for only a few dollars more and it will run 133Mhz 2,2,2 for sure.

This ram is not 2-2-2, however, the tinyBGA by Kingmax (PC-150) will run at cas2-2-2. I have the crucial memory (the 7e chips) and they run all the way up to 143 @ 2-2-2. Very happy with that I paid for. Just remember that you do get what you pay for, more often than not.

Ah so there is a catch after all! ;) Their PC150 memory costs more than Crucal's Cas2/PC133 memory--so I might as well go with Crucial. Oh well, it was worth looking into... :(

Leo V:

You have to look at the revision, revision 1.0 and 1.1 are both 3-2-2, but revision 1.2 is true 2-2-2.

LXi, they're advertised as "latest TinyBGA tech"--I'll call those guys at Premier and ask them about the revision. Thanks for letting us know!
