are these hard-drives ATA/100??

hey guys, I bought a 40 gig 5400rpm Harddrive a couple of months and now I decided to sell it and get a smaller 7200rpmer instead. can any of you tell me if any of the drives at this like are ATA/100. It doesnt mention it anywhere. also, what brand/drive would you guys recomend?

what do you guys think. Also If I use the iwill kk-266r mobo and no extra ata/100 cards or anything will I notice a difference between ata100 and 66?

IBM 45gig 75GXP, or 20 gig or 30gig, whatever you like. Not sure about the speed of ATA/100 to ATA/66 tho.
