Are these good SETI times?

I got an IBM T23 lappy in to setup, PIII 1.2Ghz, and I suspect it may be a tualitin core CPU, as I'm getting far better times than I expected. I've got a Compaq 1Ghz desktop that has a ~7hr WU average. This lappy is currently got a 4hr 30min WU avg. Here are some sample times:

Ra,Dec...........AR.......CPU Time
07.089,16.13....0.435.....4:35
01.853,8.51......2.848.....3:52
17.071,9.2........0.669.....4:21
17.524,23.15....0.541.....4:28
05.447,15.71....0.422.....4:35
17.633,23.64....0.446.....4:34
05.379,18.01....0.417.....4:35
10.97,11.35......0.527.....4:57

Too bad I have to give it up next week. 🙁

If I remember correctly at one point tuffguy had a 8xx mhz laptop with a tualitin core and it was getting 5 to 6 hour WU times leaning towards 6.

I've a Dell Inspiron 8100 with a PIII-1.0 M and it averages right around 5hr WUs so yours is about right...nice times 🙂

Can't say ya lost it? 😉

It's the fastest CPU I've ever had cracking for me. I had a tualitin core IBM X22 PIII800 lappy that had a 5hr18min WU avg that was just a few minutes faster (single proc) that a dual PIII700mhz Xeon 2MB cache server. 🙂 Had to give those up too. 🙁

Ooh, don't I wish! 😉😉

OMG man, that laptop smokes bro! No doubt that's a tulip in there. My P3-1000@1050 on a BX (140 fsb) CAS2 averages 5:40 and your're smoking that. Find a way to keep it longer, hehehehehe. 😀

LOL ,Tulip! 😀

Lovely time for the 1.2GHz 🙂 ,but that 1GHz Compaq times are quite bad!:Q ,my old PIII 650@820 (BX chipset,126FSB,CAS2) also managed 7hr WU's
