Are these fans any good?

The fan is the 120mm Nexus Real Silent case fan. Here is a link to the products description at the manufactures web site. Are 120mm fans the way to go if you want your computer to be quiet?
 
I've heard that 2x 80mm can be quieter, but I've had very few people recommend this. I think some of the quieter Lian Li cases are built this way.
 
I would recommend 120 mm fans over 80 mm fans since they blow more cfm at roughly the same dba. The nexus 120mm is 22 dba while the nexus 80mm is 19 dba.
