Just installed the BFG 6800Gt last night, and, with the following setup in Doom 3, these are the results:

1600x1200, Antialiasing 8X, Anisotropic filtering 8x, image settings "quality", V sync- application controlled. So... I have it set for maxed out quality

48 FPS...

Is this decent?


I set up a modified Doom 3 config file, designed for performance, I found at a D3 website..I then got 56 FPS... big deal...

I loved the way the game looks at the quality settings...

ur trying to hurt me arent u? trying to flaunt ur....antialiasing and anistropic filtering....

haha yeah, their great. there is very little difference between ULTRA and HIGH settings, put it on high if u get more than a 20fps jump.

Last night I ran a file and registry cleaner prog... it went beserk on me, wiped out some necessary files for bootup etc... at my buddy's shop... doesn't look good... the old, "format-re-install all' deal...crap
