Are these cables suitable for my Samsung 840 evo SSD?

Hi,

I recently bought a Samsung SSD 840 Evo and need to buy some cables for it now. (I live in the UK). I have researched a couple of websites and found this:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/45cm-SATA...ad-BLACK-/250996602264?_trksid=p2054897.l4275

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Serial-AT...ata-Lead-/261279647124?_trksid=p2054897.l4275

http://www.pixmania.co.uk/network-c...CFWzItAodIVAAKg#srcid=11270&nopopup=1&merch=1

Are these suitable for the SSD and are they good? Also if they are which one is the best ? (I think the first one)

Best regards

As long as it's SATA, it works. All three you linked are SATA and will hence work, so just pick the one you want.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply but aren't there fast and slow cables? Because I want full speed out of my SSD.

There are good cables and bad cables. A bad cable may need to slow down to correctly send data, and that will show up either as a slower link (3Gbps on a 6Gbps controller), and/or UDMA CRC error count being significant (any increase over the value when you first install the drive is not good, especially in a non-overclcoked system). In theory, every cable that met the original spec should work fine for 6Gbps.
