Are these 80mm Fans worth keeping??

Hey I just got a Chieftec Case Model AX-01SLD and it has 3 80mm fans. Are they worth keeping? and what are their specs? (i wasn't able to find any specs on them) and are they quiet?

Make: SuperRed
Model: CHA8012AS
12V / 0.09A

I haven't powered it on as yet since the rest of the parts are coming Friday (including PS). So I was wondering if any of you people have experience with them.

I think the new Seasonic 400w PSU uses SuperRed fans, so that could be an indication of quality. What do you mean are they worth keeping though? Are you wondering if they are too loud? The 0.09 amperes I think should indicate they are quieter than most fans. For comparison, the 28.3 dBa SVC.com fan has an amperage of 0.17 amperes. Logically, the SuperRed fan should be quieter. Panaflo L1A's have an amperage of I think 0.6 or 0.7. I think amperage values should be a lot more consistent from manufacturer to manufacturer compared to decibel ratings. If you are wondering if they are not going to last, you might as well use them until they break. If you are wondering if they don't push enough air, then they probably push less than 32 CFM, because the aforementioned SVC fan pushes 32 CFM, but my previous logic, your SuperRed fan should push less because it has less amperage.

They are quiet. I replaced all mine with antec led fans which are a little louder. I don't know the specs but I keep them around in case one of my fans fail.

Cool. I just got the case today but the power supply and mb come friday so I can't really test the fans out unless I plug them into my current pc (i'm kinda lazy now). Thanks for the info.

I have the same case but IMHO they don't push enough CFM. I replaced all of them with 4 Panaflo L1As and it's working very nicely.
