Are these 2 the same?

I wasn't sure if this is the right forum for this question or not but couldn't find a better one to post this.

I'm looking to buy a keyboard for my wife for her birthday (not a computer keyboard)

I found this one on Amazon which looked pretty nifty:

My question is, is this the same keyboard as this other one:

or are they different. The model numbers are slightly different but I can't find many details on them. I'm really only interested in buying the keyboard and an AC adapter so I really don't want the package.

Also I'd appreciate any other recommendations for a beginner's keyboard

It looks like with the more expensive one you get the stand, ac adapter, and some headphones. everything else is the same.
