Are there two types of PNY Geforce 8800 GTS 640MB?

I was just about to order a PNY Geforce 8800 GTS 640 MB graphic card when I saw that there are two different versions. What is the difference between these cards except for the price and the design of the sticker on the cooling unit? I didn't find anything about it on PNY's website. It looks like the store has some special price on one of the cards. Is it just the same card with a different look? The clock frequences are the same.
