i met a girl that says she drinks blood, and so does her dad, is she crazy? or are there really people like that? serious question no jokes, and no theres no pics.

They are real vampires!!!!!!

You must buy/make as many wooden stakes as needed. We must go to their house during the day while they are asleep in their coffins and hammer the stakes through their hearts.

I will get the car ready. You get the wood.

Yes, sorta, i think the myth came from a real condition called Porphyria

look at the symptoms:

The hepatic porphyrias primarily affect the nervous system, resulting in abdominal pain, neuropathy, seizures, and mental disturbances, including hallucinations, depression, anxiety, and paranoia.

The erythropoeitic porphyrias primarily affect the skin, causing photosensitivity, blisters, itching, and swelling.

In some forms of porphyria, accumulated heme precursors excreted in the urine may change its color to a reddish or purple hue.

Attacks of the disease can be triggered by drugs (barbiturates, tranquilizers, oral contraceptives, sedatives), chemicals, certain foods, and exposure to the sun.

People in ancient times probably thought these people were vampires and dealt with them likewise. Notice they also have many mental disturbances (hallucinations/insanity) along with not being able to stay in light.

i mean, think of yourself as a surf. A crazy guy goes around drinking blood (hey, that sounds like something an insane person would do to me) and might even sees hallucinations involving satan. He physically is hurt by sunlight. Makes you think he would be some sorta vampire, no?

Vampires being crazy people who drink the blood of other crazy people because they get off on it or they think it makes them cool? Yes.
