are there RBGS to VGA adapters?

I've got an old 17" Sony Triniton monitor (probably cost $4000 whenever it was made). It has those old Red/Blue/Green/Sync connectors like you used to see on old Macs and on Suns (which is where it came from). It seems like decent monitor and I would like to use it on my backup computer instead of the crappy 14" it is using now.

Are there adapters to let me plug those old connectors to a standard VGA port? Where can I find one?

Yes there are.
I know best buy carries them, but theyre $50. There is a really high quality one you can get online for about $40 (so a search and you should find it).
