Are there problems with Epox 8KHA+ and Ethermax 431 watt Whisper PS??

I had narrowed down my choice of motherboard to the Epox 8KHA+, and case to the Antec SX1040 with an Ethermax 431 watt Whisper power supply (EG465P-VE(FC). But I have just seen a few references in various forums to problems using the Ethermax PS with the Epox board. Anyone know the scoop on this? Thanks.

Thanks, Gorka. Lots of info there about this problem. Enough to scare me away from the Epox/Ethermax combination. Lots of discussion about moding the PSU, soldering, adding pots, etc. Not something I want to tackle.
