Are there PowerPC emulators for x86 Linux?

I have been Googling around but I haven't found anything that I think would work. Does anyone have any suggestions? This would be so I could run Mac OS X on my Athlon XP.

Not very likely, the only reason I could see making one would be for education institutions to teach PPC ASM on non-PPC machines, so students could work at home. Just like I know there are MIPS emulators for that, but they don't run unix.
