are there passively cooled 6600s?

building a very quiet rig for a friend b/c it will be in their bedroom. I'm thinking that a 6600 will probably be the "Strongest" card I can toss in that can still be passive....are there any passive 6600s, or similar cards? I don't know too much about passive cooled cards these days...
and yes I can go for a quiet fan, but nothing beats completely passive...

hehe yeah i saw those, but its extreme overkill. This person uses the computer more for everything else but games. word processing, statistical software, internet, etc. etc. 100 dollars simply isn't worth it, I was hoping along the lines of 35-ish.

I bought an MSI 7300LE with a heatpipe when it was on sale in the $30s and it's great for 2D and video. It also plays games decently if you overclock it, which really shocked me.
