Are there composite video extension cables with male ends on both sides?

I have a VGA adapter that I connect into my Dreamcast's A/V port. Then I plug my monitor into the VGA adapter. However, the VGA adapter also has composite outs. I also have a TV tuner with composite video in, so I was thinking it might be possible to bypass the whole monitor plug and connect the VGA Adapter to the TV tuner. Along with dTV, the display looks pretty good and I can still use my PC. Any ideas? Thanks.

P.S. I forgot to mention that I would also be able to play those games that don't support the VGA Adapter (I think) this way.

yes there are male to male composte cables. go down to the local av store, monstor makes them, but there are other brands.

Otherwise you got to make them. At work we make them..but then we are a production house.
